Some of you may remember the commune days. It seems as if this would be a good idea for some people in order to pool their expenditures, although I don't think I could maybe if I can be guaranteed that there would be complete healty living; cleanliness, etc. I have a deal for someone out there I own a townhouse (with the bank) I am in arrears. If someone would be willing to pay the arrearage I could offer them either interest in the house by way of the deed or whatever you suggest - we can talk. contact me.
